How do I track prospects and leads?

Go to Prospects from the sidebar. Add potential clients with their details and move them through the pipeline: New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted. When a prospect confirms, click "Convert to Wedding" to create their wedding workspace automatically.

How do quotations work?

Go to Quotations and click "+ New Quotation". Add itemised component lines with descriptions, quantities, and prices. Send the quotation to your client via email. Once accepted, it can be converted into a confirmed wedding with budget lines pre-populated.

Can I generate reports across weddings?

Yes — go to Reports and choose from built-in templates (Wedding Summary, Revenue, Guest Analytics, Vendor Spend) or create custom reports. Set date ranges and filters, then export as CSV for analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.

How does the vendor marketplace work?

The Marketplace is a public vendor directory. Planners can browse by category, location, and rating, then send enquiries directly. Vendors manage their profile from Settings → Marketplace Profile, adding descriptions, portfolios, and service areas.
