For professional planners & DIY couples
The Event and Wedding platform built for complex, multi-venue events and celebrations. Simple events and weddings are a breeze too.
Professional planners and couples planning their own wedding use the same workspace — multi-language, multi-ceremony, multi-venue — with protected profitability, ritual-native planning, and flexible pricing in your local currency.
Built for planners and couples alike
One platform — whether you plan weddings for a living or are planning your own.
Professional planners & agencies
Run multiple clients, protect margins with Shadow Ledger, brand guest surfaces, and scale staff with surgical permissions — built for boutique firms through destination agencies.
Couples planning your own wedding
Sign up with the same planner account type, create your wedding, and run RSVPs, seating, vendors, budget, website, and day-of tools yourself. Invite family as collaborators when you want help — no agency required.
What sets UnityVows apart
Built for professional planners and couples running complex, multi-event celebrations.
Persona-fit workspaces
Couple, independent planner, or agency — the workspace shows only the tools your kind of user needs. Same data, right-sized footprint, switchable anytime.
19 languages — including 12 Indian languages
Run each wedding in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Assamese, or Odia — or English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Polish. Each wedding carries its own language setting. Guests see content in the right script automatically, and guest pages also support Arabic and Hebrew with right-to-left layouts. Client intake flows and their emails follow the same supported locales (default English).
Assamese and Odia translations are in beta and may show some Hindi text.
Multiple venues per wedding — each fully independent
Haldi at home, Mehendi at a farm, Sangeet at a banquet hall, Reception at a hotel — every ceremony gets its own venue, date, time, guest list, and seating floor plan. Manage all of them from one workspace without duplicate data or separate tools.
Your margins are always private — by design
Vendor contracts, vendor contacts, payment terms, staff details, and profit margins are structurally hidden from the client portal. Clients see only what you choose to share — totals, schedule, payment milestones. Staff access is gated per-person and per-section. No accidental exposure.
Preferred Partners & Affiliations — a documented revenue stream
Build a formal network of Platinum, Gold, Silver, Standard, and Referral venue and vendor partners. Track agreement terms, commission rates, TDS obligations, and renewal dates. Turn informal referral relationships into a documented, auditable revenue stream.
Ritual-native planning built in — not bolted on
First-class modules for Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Vidai, and Griha Pravesh. Samagri (ritual materials) lists with community presets by tradition. Per-ceremony procurement tracking with phase organisation (Pre-Wedding, Wedding Day, Post-Wedding). Plan the spiritual details with the same rigour as guest logistics. Supports same-sex and non-traditional marriages.
WhatsApp as a first-class communication channel
Send updates, RSVP reminders, and distribution notices on WhatsApp — not just email. Guests opt in with one tap and get an instant confirmation, and opt-outs are honoured automatically. Combine channels per guest preference from the same composer.
Identity verification — impersonation isn't possible by design
Every guest receives a unique cryptographic invitation code — knowing someone's name and phone number alone is not enough to submit their RSVP, update their details, or access their invitation. When similar names exist in the guest list, a matching phone number or email address is required to verify identity. Staff can only join via time-limited, one-time invite links. Vendors authenticate with hashed credentials and scoped tokens. Rate limiting blocks repeated guesses.
Client intake — secure links, your questions, every language
Send couples an expiring link to share names, dates, venues, budget, ceremonies, and services in one guided flow. Each submission creates a draft wedding for your review. Account owners customise the questions (with sensible defaults), resend links, and track responses — in all 19 workspace languages, English by default.
Proposals and e-signatures — get to yes faster
Share a secure proposal link your client can review and accept online, and send contracts for e-signature. Every signature is time-stamped and fingerprinted, with a downloadable signature certificate for your records.
Auspicious dates and calendar conflicts
Find auspicious wedding dates from the panchang, compare the best options side by side, and check each ceremony date against major religious observances before you lock a venue.
Planner branding — intake, email, guests, and portal
Your logo, business name, and brand colour appear on intake invitations and confirmations, the intake form, RSVP and couple website pages, guest accommodation pages, and client-facing screens. Planner branding is included on every subscription tier and on Pay Per Wedding.
Customisable couple website — client-editable, planner-controlled
Pro and Agency weddings include a public, shareable couple website that you and the couple co-manage. Clients edit the pages you allow — event details, venue directions, accommodation, and gallery — while you control every section through fine-grained permissions. The same branded site collects RSVPs and powers guest communication, with no extra logins or third-party tools.
Custom domains for couple websites
Publish each couple's website on its own domain, with your agency branding throughout. Available on the Agency plan.
Custom RSVP form builder — drag-and-drop, per-ceremony
Design your own RSVP form with drag-and-drop question ordering and custom question types tailored to each ceremony. Couples receive a branded form in the wedding's language. Responses flow directly into the guest list without manual re-entry — no third-party form tool required.
Guest self-service hub
Every guest gets a personalised hub reachable from a QR code on their physical invite or a magic-link in their WhatsApp/email. No app install, no login required. From one URL they can RSVP, book transport, upload photos, request concierge help, view their seat assignment, and submit post-event feedback — all in the couple's chosen language and colour scheme, cached offline at the venue, and can optionally save it to their home screen like an app.
Shadow Board — role-filtered on-day staff task view
Define staff rules that control which roles see which tasks during each ceremony phase. On the day, every team member opens the Shadow Board filtered to their role and active phase — they see exactly what they own and nothing else. Keeps large, multi-role crews coordinated without constant radio calls from the lead planner.
Baraat Buffer — real-time arrival relay for the ceremony venue
Track the baraat live — from 'Procession on its way' through 'Baraat arrived', 'Caterer ready', and 'Ceremony started'. The venue team, catering crew, and stage managers share one real-time status board, so the kitchen fires at the right moment, the dhol players are in position, and no one is caught off guard when the procession rounds the corner.
Live transport command center
See every wedding vehicle on one live map. Drivers share GPS from a login-free driver portal, or from our native driver app (currently available via early access, not yet a public app-store download). Fleet and baraat positions update in real time, and stale signals are flagged so you always know what is current.
Samagri procurement tracking
Every ritual item carries a To buy / Bought / Arranged status with per-list progress bars, phase-wise pending counts, and search and filters — so nothing is missing on the day of the ceremony.
Granular staff permissions
Set planner-level defaults for what staff can see and do — fleet, finances, and client data — with a capability matrix that applies across weddings and can be tuned per resource.
Day-of runsheet — live timeline status for the crew
Open the day-of view for any wedding date and mark timeline segments as pending, in progress, or complete. Staff and coordinators see the same minute-by-minute schedule you built in Timeline — updated in real time so vendors, family liaisons, and stage managers stay aligned without a separate spreadsheet.
Staff chat, briefing packs & comms log
Run a private staff chat for each wedding, publish briefing packs coordinators can open on their phones, and keep a comms log of calls, emails, and meetings next to your WhatsApp delivery history. When a vendor says they were never briefed, the record is in the workspace — not scattered across personal phones.
Planning presets and reusable designs
Apply a ready-made bundle — full Hindu wedding, Nikah, church wedding, or a 12-month checklist — to create dated tasks and a ceremony timeline in one click. Save your own website, e-card, and RSVP designs as templates and share them with your team.
Document vault — contracts and run sheets in one place
Upload signed vendor agreements, insurance certificates, seating PDFs, and day-of run sheets against each wedding. Files respect the same permission gates as financials and vendor contacts — staff see only what their role allows, and clients never stumble into internal documents.
Workflow automations — RSVP to task without manual glue
Build if-this-then-that rules inside UnityVows: when an RSVP arrives, a vendor is booked, a task goes overdue, or spending crosses a budget threshold, automatically create a task, request an approval, send an email, or call a webhook. Pairs with outbound webhooks when you want Zapier or Make.
Integrations hub — Joy, RSVPify & calendar sync
Connect Joy webhooks and RSVPify so guest responses flow into your master list without CSV exports. Live-sync wedding dates to Google Calendar, or export a calendar file for Apple Calendar and Outlook — while UnityVows stays the system of record for seating, budget, and day-of execution.
Webhooks — real-time event hooks for your own stack
Subscribe to live events — RSVP updates, task completions, payments received, guest changes, vendor updates, and wedding edits — and forward structured payloads to any HTTPS endpoint: Zapier, Make, Slack, or your own internal tools. No polling. The platform pushes events to your stack the moment they happen.
Client invoicing, tax profiles, and e-invoicing
Issue branded invoices with GST or VAT from saved tax profiles, track payment status, and produce e-invoices in local formats — India GST IRN with signed QR once your GST provider credentials are connected, Italy FatturaPA, France Factur-X, and Poland KSeF. Available on Pro and Agency.
What you can deliver for every couple
Multi-wedding calendar
See every active wedding's ceremony dates in one month view and jump straight into any wedding. Live-sync dates to Google Calendar, or export a calendar file for Apple Calendar and Outlook.
Client portal — what the couple needs, nothing they shouldn't see
Couples sign in to approve quotes and changes, tick off their to-dos, send requests, review contracts, follow the budget totals you choose to share, check seating and the guest list, edit the website sections you allow, and see recent activity — while your vendor terms and margins stay private.
Guest intelligence & RSVP
Import lists, segment by ceremony or side, capture RSVP details, dietary needs, plus-ones, and seat assignments. Guests access a personalised hub: transport signup, concierge requests, shared photo gallery, e-card viewer, and post-event feedback — all from a single link without logging in.
Households and legal paperwork
Group guests into households and review your list family by family. Planning something small? Elopement mode adds a dated 12-step plan and a country-specific legal checklist for the marriage paperwork.
Hotel blocks & accommodation management
Manage room blocks across multiple properties for a wedding weekend. Assign guests to rooms, track check-in and check-out dates, and surface accommodation details on the couple website automatically. Coordinate multi-property stays without a separate booking tool.
Gift registry, tracking & thank-you management
Record gifts received — cash envelopes, vouchers, and physical presents — matched to the guest who gave them. Generate a thank-you task list and track which acknowledgements have been sent. Close every gift loop before the couple's honeymoon.
Rituals, run-of-show & tasks
Manage Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Reception, and every ceremony with its own timeline, venue, and ritual materials list. Assignments and deadlines sync across your team so vendors and staff actually follow the same plan.
Visual wedding day timeline with PDF export
Build a minute-by-minute schedule for each ceremony: set venue, time slots, and notes for every segment. Export a formatted PDF to share with vendors, staff, and venue coordinators — a single source of truth for the entire on-ground team.
Tasks, owners, and due dates
Every wedding gets a task board with owners, priorities, due dates, checklists, and comments. Start from a ceremony preset, see everything overdue across your weddings in My Tasks, and let overdue tasks trigger follow-ups automatically.
Budget, vendors & protected financials
Track estimates, approvals, payouts, and profit margins — with full control over what clients see. Vendor contracts, payment terms, and your margins stay hidden from the client portal by default.
Meal QR, fleet & GPS operations
Meal QR check-in, live GPS fleet visibility, driver dispatch, beauty scheduling, transport management, and a concierge channel for on-ground requests — so execution stays calm when headcounts shift at the last minute.
Per-venue seating & floor plans
Each ceremony venue gets its own seating plan. Lay out tables, assign guests by event, and adjust quickly when headcounts shift — before you’re on-site. Switch between venues without losing any configuration.
Couple website and guest hub
Guests arrive at a branded hub via QR code, magic link, or phone/email lookup. The hub shows a live countdown, their RSVP status, schedule, venue directions, accommodation options, and gallery — even offline at the venue. Couple branding (colours, font) is applied sitewide automatically.
E-cards, invitations, and delivery tracking
Design e-cards and invitations, send them by WhatsApp or email, and follow each guest from sent to opened to RSVP. Print secure QR entry codes, and share a contact-collector link so guests add their own phone number and address.
Venue directory
Shortlist ceremony and reception venues from a curated directory and attach them to each ceremony in one click.
Moodboards & visual inspiration
Pin colour palettes, décor references, floral styles, and theme inspiration directly against a wedding. Share curated boards with vendors and venue contacts to align on aesthetic before the first meeting — so everyone arrives with the same creative brief in hand.
WhatsApp, email & smart messaging
Reach guests where they respond — WhatsApp and email from the same composer, with approved templates, scheduled RSVP reminders, and delivery tracking, all without switching apps.
Media Vault — centralized asset library
Upload and organise photos, signed contracts, floor plan PDFs, vendor receipts, and reference files against any wedding or ceremony. Access is permission-gated so each collaborator sees only the files relevant to their scope — no more hunting through email threads for a vendor's signed agreement.
Notes — contextual record-keeping
Capture meeting summaries, vendor call outcomes, couple preferences, and in-progress decisions directly against the wedding they belong to. Notes are timestamped, searchable, and visible only to the collaborators you choose — nothing critical lives in someone's inbox or memory alone.
How teams use it every season
From guest list to seated dinner — across multiple venues
Import → tag by ceremony → invite per event → collect RSVP details → assign to per-venue seating plan → broadcast last-minute changes — all with permission-aware collaborators who only see their scope.
From estimate to vendor paid — with margins intact
Compare quotes, lock payment milestones, track commission and TDS, and keep all documents where finance and ops both find them. The client portal shows totals; your vendor terms and margins stay private.
From Samagri list to ceremony day — ritual by ritual
Apply a community Samagri preset by tradition, assign procurement per item, print run sheets with ritual timing, brief vendors and priests by ceremony, and check off items on the day — all in one coordinated workspace.
Operations, monetisation, and compliance

Subscribe monthly or annually (save 20%) with a yearly wedding allowance on each tier, or buy Pay Per Wedding credits — buy 3 and save 10%, buy 5 and save 15%, buy 10 and save 20%. No monthly commitment. Prices in your local currency. Switch models any time.
Full day-of operations suite
Meal QR scanning, GPS fleet tracking, driver dispatch, beauty appointment scheduling (couple makeup, mehendi, family makeup), room management, and distribution tracking — the operational layer most platforms don't offer at all.
Vendor marketplace, portal & partner management
Discover vendors in the public marketplace. Manage preferred partner tiers (Platinum → Gold → Silver → Standard → Referral), track commissions with TDS, and give vendors their own portal for invoices, tasks, and messages.
Privacy-first: protected views & per-person permissions
Vendor financials, contracts, staff details, and profit margins are structurally hidden from clients. Staff visibility is gated per-person for Financial, Vendors, Contracts, and Client Contacts. GDPR audit logs for every key action.
Workflows, planning templates & document vault
Trigger automations when RSVPs arrive, vendors are booked, tasks go overdue, or budgets cross a threshold. Apply a ceremony planning preset to a new wedding in one click. Store contracts, floor plans, and run sheets in a permission-gated document vault — alongside Shadow Board, Baraat Buffer, and the day-of runsheet for crew coordination.
